Health Solutions’ Wellness Team Leader
- Health Solutions’ Health Educator serves on your company’s wellness team to provide guidance, leadership, resources, education, and research
- Health Solutions will provide the above services to the wellness team, and depending on the requests of the wellness team, will take a more or less active role
- Health Solutions’ wellness team leader will be available for one meeting per month for a period of 12 months
Annual Progress Report
- Reports for all programs will be provided at no cost. Measurements include participation, and utilization and/or outcomes for the health screening, Chronic Care program, Risk Reduction program, education programs and challenges.

Health Solutions' Health and Wellness Portal
This powerful tool allows individuals to create, store and manage their personal health information securely in one location. The portal is completely private (only employees will have access to their personal information with the password they create) and HIPAA compliant, as well as URAC certified. It can be branded for your company—including integrating the logo and colors so it has the same look and feel as any other company-sponsored communication piece. Here are a few other benefits of the portal:
- Content is available in English and Spanish
- Biometrics data, such as blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar will be uploaded and password protected for confidentiality
- Participants receive personal health information and education specific to their results
- The Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is integrated with the online personal health record
- It provides a robust, real-time online medical record where individuals can compile prescription and medical claims information
- It pushes tailored content to employees based on their HRA results and biometrics data

Health Solutions' Education Programs
Health Solutions offers three programs that provide ongoing education to employees about their health and different ways to improve or maintain it. These programs can be implemented any time, separately or in conjunction with each other and/or any of Health Solutions other services.
Personal Prevention Mailings
- Personal postcards are sent to participants’ homes
- Mailings follow the annual health observances calendar and are personalized to the individual according to their health risk assessment information—either congratulating them on having a preventive exam or reminding them to complete their preventive exam
WellNews Quarterly Newsletter
- Quarterly newsletter provided by Health Solutions covering a variety of health topics and tips
- Distribution is at your discretion: either delivered to your company’s location(s) to be distributed internally, or mailed directly to participants’ homes
- An electronic copy can be emailed to each individual and/or a link can be provided on your company’s website
Lunch-n-Learn Group Education Sessions
- 30 minute on-site group education sessions
- Your organization chooses from a list of topics
- An electronic copy of the materials can be e-mailed to each individual and/or a link can be provided on your company’s website
