Our clinical pharmacists and health educators provide one-on-one health coaching for participants who have medical problems, and for those whose health risk assessment results show they are at risk for developing medical problems.
The difference… our clinical pharmacists work with a participant’s medical provider (by communicating their health assessment findings; offering suggestions on new or different medication, if necessary; and sharing the participant’s progress) to ensure all medical provider are working toward the same goal: a healthy individual who is a compliant patient and confident health care consumer.

The Extra Step That Sets Us Apart
Health Solutions’ interactive approach to health care is unique. We keep you—and your doctor—continuously informed about your condition and your progress. Our clinical pharmacists work as your advocate, offering you and your medical provider advice and recommendations when necessary. After each counseling session, with your consent, your clinical pharmacist contacts your doctor to provide an update on your progress and share your latest biometric numbers (by fax). This extra level of service enables your doctor to track your health status on a regular basis, which greatly enhances his/her ability to identify issues or trends early, and give you the best care possible.
